Fall Sustainability Film Series (Laura Levesque-Catalarno) Fall film <br />series again this year, last year was very successful. Hopefully can <br />do more in person viewing, not sure how to move forward as condi- <br />tions change. Coordinating with Lafayette and Broomfield to expand <br />the viewership. Would start late Fall and run through winter months. <br />Leah, table for subcommittee meeting in the fall. <br />b. Programming Update <br />I. Silent Movie (6/19) Debbie was a success, would work better in <br />the fall <br />II. Skean Dubh (6/26) Leah , good crowd and they were happy to <br />play <br />III. Opera Colorado (9/25) Need to assign lead : Leah, was booked <br />in 2020, they are penciled in the Art center. Erica, city owned <br />buildings required everyone 2 years and older to wear a mask, <br />including performers. Leah, could look into Steinbaugh but they <br />would need sound provided. <br />IV. Alfredo Muro (10/2) Mark and Leah may be available will con- <br />firm sooner the time. <br />c. Subcommittee formation and additional programming : Leah, Sub- <br />committee meeting can meet and looking into future events at the Art <br />Center. Robbie, Leah, and Maybe Lisa will look into fall program- <br />ming. Mark, community park could be used for some events if indoor <br />conditions get restricted. <br />XII. Lead Volunteer Checklist : some things need to change due to restrictions, <br />need to revisit the checklist to update with current situation. <br />XIII. Adjourn Beth had to leave the meeting at 7pm, Adam left at 6:44, there will <br />be no September meeting, Mark proposes that we cancel the September <br />meeting, Leah seconds.
