Commercial buildings shall be built all -electric unless the fuel gas options <br />of C403.3.2 and the additional electric infrastructure requirements of <br />C405.14 are met. All buildings must comply with the following: <br />City of Louisville's Prescriptive Compliance. The Prescriptive Compliance <br />option requires compliance with Sections C401.3, C401.4, C402 through <br />C406, and Section C408. <br />Core and shell buildings shall be required to comply with the provisions of <br />Section C402.1.3 through C402.5 of the 2021 International Energy <br />Conservation Code. <br />5, 6. Section C401.2.2 ASHRAE 90.1, is hereby deleted in its entirety. <br />6 7.
