RESOLUTION NO.81 <br />SERIES 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR PROJECT EDGE AND OTHER <br />MENTAL HEALTH AND ELDER SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />AND COMMUNITY REACH CENTER AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO PURSUE <br />GRANT FUNDING <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to approve a Contract for Project EDGE and other Mental <br />Health and Elder Services between the City of Louisville and Community Reach Center; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this Resolution desires to approve the Contract; and <br />WHEREAS, should funding become available for these services through the State of <br />Colorado, the City Council hereby authorizes City staff to apply for such grant and by this <br />Resolution desires to express its support for the grant application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. That the Contract for Project EDGE Services and Other Mental Health and <br />Elder Services ("Contract"), between the City of Louisville and Community Reach Center, a copy <br />of which Contract accompanies this Resolution, is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Contract, <br />and the Mayor is hereby further authorized to negotiate and approve such revisions to the Contract <br />as the Mayor determines are necessary or desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the <br />essential terms and conditions of the Contract are not altered. <br />Section 3.
