Recreation Center Tax for the Project, for the period from execution of this <br />Agreement and ending 96tGbe�-39, -292-1 September 30, 2022. <br />8. Termination. This Agreement shall terminate and become void and of no <br />force or effect upon the City if, by 8stebe-r-30, 2-0�, September 30, 2022, <br />the Company has not completed the Project as described in the Company's <br />application for business assistance (as evidenced by a successful final <br />inspection for the Project); or should fail to comply with any City code. <br />Section 2.
