RESOLUTION NO. 01 <br />SERIES 2000 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING ZONING OF PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE BOWES ANNEXATION. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for zoning of approximately 77.87 acres known as the Bowes Annexation to City of <br />Louisville Restricted Rural Residential (R-RR), and, <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Zoning have been reviewed by City staff and <br />found to be in compliance with the Louisville zomng ordinances, subdivision regulations, and <br />related policies; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission fords that said Zoning ,should be approved without <br />condition; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of the Restricted Rural Residential (R-RR) <br />Zoning of the Bowes Annexation <br />APPROVED this 11`h day of January 2000. <br />By. <br />Attest. <br />Jeffrey S Lipton, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />Bill Boulet, Chairman <br />Planning Commission <br />
