ORDINANCE NO. 1319 <br /> Series 1999 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE INCREASING WATER AND SEWER TAP FEES IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in order to keep pace with inflation and the rising costs of providing water and sewer <br />services, City staff has recommended an increase of approximately two and three-tenths percent (2.3%) in City <br />water and sewer tap fees, commencing January 25, 2000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, has determined that increases in the <br />water and sewer tap charged by the City are necessary to adequately finance the services provided by the City's <br />water and sewer activity enterprises. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Table contained In Subsection A of Section 13.24.030 of the Louisville <br />/kmicipal Code, entitled "Tap Fee" is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
