Carlson moved <br />to approve the renewal application; Lipton seconded. All in favor. <br />B. Show Cause Hearing — KCM Restaurant Holdings, LLC d/b/a <br />Mudrock's Tap and Tavern — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License — 585 <br />South Boulder Rd — April 12, 2021 Incident <br />The board discussed moving the November 22nd meeting due to its <br />proximity to the Thanksgiving holiday. Newell moved to approve moving <br />the meeting date to Monday, November 29, 2021; Carlson seconded. All <br />in favor. <br />The board discussed moving the start times of the meeting going forward. <br />Kaufman moved to change the meeting start time to 6:30pm; Carlson <br />seconded. All in favor <br />A Motion to Continue was submitted by the licensee's attorney with no <br />objection from the City's Attorney. Kaufman moved to continue the show <br />
