Boulde~ Coun~,~ Cleek, CO 0RD R 35.80 VACATION OF E,4~_RE1v/E.NT 2024823 Page: 3 of' o e,ee THIS VACATION OF EASEMENT is made this ~ day of December, 1999, by the City of Louisville, a municipal corporation existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado ("City"), whose address is 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado 80027. WHEREAS, by document recorded as Plan File No..P- 44 F-3; Numbers. 12 and 13, Reception No. 1827896, Boulder County Records; the City was dedicated a twenty-foot wide easement for drainage and utility purposes, and a twenty-five foot easement for emergency access purposes, in Block 7 of the Business Center at CTC Final Subdivision Plat, Louisville Colorado as well 'as a twenty-foot wide easement for drainage and utility purposes, a thirty-foot wide easement for access and utility purposes, and a 60-foot wide easement for access purposes in Block 2 of the Business Center at CTC Final Subdivision plat,, Louisville, Colorado; and : WHEREAS, proper application was made to the City for vacation of certain portions of the drainage and utility and access easements located within'Block 2 and Block 7 of the Business Center a.t CTC Final Subdivision Plat, Louisville Colorado, more particularly described on Exhibits A. B and C attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the City Council by Ordinance has approved the application for vacation; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the portions of the drainage, utility and acce.~ easements to be vacated are not and will not be needed for any public purposes; and XVHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the portions of the drainage, utility and accel, e;L~ements to be vacated are not being used or held for park purposes or for any other governmental purposes. NOB' THEREFORE, the City of Louisville hereby vacates its interests in those certain 'pomons of the drainage, utility-and access easements located in Block 2 and Block 7 of The Business Center at CTC Final Subdivision Plat, Louisville, Colorado, which are more particularly descrit)ed on Exhibits A, B, and C attached hereto mad incorporated herein by this reference. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City has executed this Vacation of Easement on the day and year first written above.
