The same County Assessor card indicated that the house was not totally completed by the end <br />of 1956. The following image from the card is from when the County Assessor staff returned in <br />1957: <br />The Boulder County Assessor's Office website gives 1956 as the date of construction of this <br />house. The Boulder County Assessor card for 621 Lincoln indicates that the house was <br />substantially complete by the end of 1956. Boulder County is sometimes in error with respect <br />to the date of construction of Louisville buildings, so it is important to look at all of the evidence <br />with respect to ascertaining the date of construction. In this case, the evidence indicates that <br />the house was constructed in 1956. <br />David McHugh died in 2013. Maxine McHugh lived at 621 Lincoln until 2019.
