The same County Assessor card indicated that the house was not totally completed by the end of 1956. The following image from the card is from when the County Assessor staff returned in 1957: The Boulder County Assessor's Office website gives 1956 as the date of construction of this house. The Boulder County Assessor card for 621 Lincoln indicates that the house was substantially complete by the end of 1956. Boulder County is sometimes in error with respect to the date of construction of Louisville buildings, so it is important to look at all of the evidence with respect to ascertaining the date of construction. In this case, the evidence indicates that the house was constructed in 1956. David McHugh died in 2013. Maxine McHugh lived at 621 Lincoln until 2019. The estate sold 621 Lincoln in 2020 to Zachary Thompson and Caroline Goodwin, who are the current owners of record.
