<br />MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING REGUURION OF CiTY OPEN SPACE
<br />AND PARKS,
<br />WHEREAS. the City of Louisville (-C11y) Is a home rule municl-
<br />ppa�l corporetton, duly organized and existing pursuant to the Louis-
<br />vRia Home Rule Charter (-Charter"); and
<br />WHEREAS, the City has authority under the Charter to adopt
<br />ordinances mutating City open space and parks; and
<br />WHEREAS, City ordinances regulating use of open space are
<br />codified in Title 4. of the Louisville Munlcipel Code (the "Code,. and
<br />City ordinances regulating use of parks and recreation lands and
<br />facilities are codified in Title 14 of the Code; and
<br />WHEREAS Titles 4 and.14 of the Code contain various
<br />prohibitions relating to City open space and park lands. including a
<br />prohibition on sledding; and
