RESOLUTION NO.91 <br />SERIES 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />SERVICES WITH THE BOULDER SBDC FOUNDATION FOR SERVICES TO <br />BENEFIT THE LOUISVILLE BUSINESS COMMUNITY <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to approve an agreement with the Boulder SBDC Foundation, <br />d.b.a. Boulder Small Business Development Center (the "SBDC"), for the SBDC's provision of <br />services to the Louisville business community (the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this Resolution desires to approve the Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. That the Agreement for Economic Development Services between the City of <br />Louisville and the Boulder SBDC Foundation ("Agreement"), a copy of which Agreement <br />accompanies this Resolution, is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement, <br />and the Mayor is hereby further authorized to negotiate and approve such revisions to the Agreement <br />as the Mayor determines are necessary or desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the <br />essential terms and conditions of the Agreement are not altered. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2 Pt day of December, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />SEAL <br />Ashley S mann, Mayor <br />Resolution No. 91, Series 2021 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
