RESOLUTION NO. 93 <br />SERIES 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO <br />ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF EXTERIOR SITE RENOVATIONS WITH <br />WAIVERS, INCLUDING THE REMOVAL OF PARKING SPACES, INSTALLATION OF <br />NEW SIGNAGE, EXTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES, AND EXPANDED <br />DRIVE-THRU INFRASTRUCTURE (939 WEST DILLON ROAD) <br />WHEREAS, Rogue Architects has submitted an application an application for a <br />Planned Unit Development Amendment to allow for the construction of exterior site <br />renovations with waivers, including the removal of parking spaces, installation of new <br />signage, exterior architectural changes, and expanded drive-thru infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on November 11, 2021, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission staff report dated November 11, 2021, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval the Planned Unit Development Amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code with the requested waivers; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on December 21, 2021, where evidence and testimony were entered into <br />the record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council staff report dated December <br />21, 2021. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Planned Unit Development Amendment to <br />allow for the construction of exterior site renovations with waivers, including the removal <br />of parking spaces, installation of new signage, exterior architectural changes, and <br />expanded drive-thru infrastructure: <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, 2021. <br />By: (", <br />Ashley S mann, Vayor <br />Lovt `i <br />Attest: ®::.........�:s <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk ltt� <br />G. <br />SEAL <br />Resolution No. 93, Series 2021 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
