<br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2021 BUDGET BY AMENDING
<br />APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND, OPEN SPACE & PARKS
<br />FUND, CEMETERY FUND, HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND, RECREATION
<br />FUND, CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND, WATER UTILITY FUND, WASTEWATER
<br />UTILITY FUND, STORM WATER UTILITY FUND, SOLID WASTE &
<br />RECYCLING FUND, AND GOLF COURSE FUND FOR ADDITIONAL
<br />APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN SUCH FUNDS
<br />WHEREAS, the need exists to amend the 2021 budget by amending
<br />appropriations in the General Fund, Open Space & Parks Fund, Cemetery Fund,
<br />Historic Preservation Fund, Recreation Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Utility
<br />Fund, Wastewater Utility Fund, Storm Water Utility Fund, Solid Waste & Recycling
<br />Fund, and Golf Course Fund; and
<br />WHEREAS, the need to amend the 2021 budget arises to formally adopt
<br />other additions and adjustments to the current 2021 appropriations that were not
<br />anticipated, or were not measureable, at the time the original 2021 budget was
<br />adopted; and
<br />WHEREAS, funding for any increase in appropriations will come from
<br />new/increased revenue or from fund reserves.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br />SECTION 1. That the 2021 General Fund appropriation be increased by
<br />$340,570, from $22,779,790 to $23,120,360.
<br />SECTION 2. That the 2021 Open Space & Parks Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $322,550, from $4,668,010 to $4,990,560.
<br />SECTION 3. That the 2021 Cemetery Fund appropriation be increased by
<br />$1,720, from $245,920 to $247,640.
<br />SECTION 4. That the 2021 Historic Preservation Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $170, from $831,550 to $831,720.
<br />SECTION 5. That the 2021 Recreation Fund appropriation be increased by
<br />$214,810, from $4,400,780 to $4,615,590.
<br />SECTION 6. That the 2021 Capital Projects Fund appropriation be
<br />increased by $728,220, from $15,721,540 to $16,449,760.
