Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1257. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments, questions, or motions. <br /> <br />Mayer asked, if the water taps were not purchased now and tap fees went up after December 31, <br />1997, would they have to pay the higher tap fee then? <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that they would buy the taps at the rate existing when <br />purchased. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1257, Series 1997, an out-of-city water service <br />agreement between the City of Louisville and Columbine Land Resource, as amended, seconded by <br />Howard. Roll call was taken. All in favor. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR LOTS 1 & 2 - <br />PARCEL L1 <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this was submitted under three separate applications. <br />Koelbel and Company had submitted a minor subdivision replat to adjust the common property line <br />between lot 1 and 2. The Bank of Boulder had submitted a final PUD development plan for a one- <br />story bank building on Lot 1, and SEM Architects, Inc. had submitted a final PUD for Lot 2 for the <br />RiteAid Corporation. <br /> <br />Lathrop and Sisk asked to be excused from discussions on Lot 1, The Bank of Boulder, due to a <br />conflict of interest. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
