Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />16 August 2021 <br />Page 8 of 8 <br />Haley stated that the ratio of the different categories was good and asked if they had met with <br />the artist yet. <br />Bauer replied that they were working on getting a sample drawing for the subcommittee to <br />review and if that worked out they were ready to go with the contract. <br />Klemme asked the other commissioners to consider whether they wanted to ask the artist to <br />attach the Blue Parrot to the building in the image or if it should just be the sign. Burg added that <br />they had considered whether it was confusing to add the building in the image since that <br />building was not landmarked and Chair Haley suggested the drawing could focus on the sign <br />while giving minimal building context in the background. <br />ADJOURN <br />Klemme motioned to adjourn and Burg seconded.
