RESOLUTION NO. 4 <br />SERIES 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ALTERATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE HAYES <br />HOUSE LOCATED AT 541 JEFFERSON AVENUE. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Historic Preservation <br />Commission (HPC) an application requesting an alteration certificate for a historic residential <br />property located at 541 Jefferson Avenue, on property legally described as the S 3/4 Lot 6 and <br />N 1/2 Lot 7, Block 3, Acme Place, City of Louisville, State of Colorado; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the HPC have reviewed the application and found that <br />it complies with Chapter 15.36 of the Louisville Municipal Code, including Section 15.36.120, <br />establishing criteria for alteration certificates; and <br />WHEREAS, the HPC has held a properly noticed public hearing on the proposed <br />alteration certificate on February 22, 2021, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including findings in the Louisville Historic Preservation Commission Staff Report dated <br />February 22, 2021. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Does hereby approve an alteration certificate for the Hayes House as described in the <br />staff report dated February 22, 2021. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February, 2021. <br />Lynda Haley, Chairperson <br />
