RESOLUTION NO. 7 <br />SERIES 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ALTERATION CERTIFICATE <br />FOR THE LESLIE HOUSE LOCATED AT 501 JEFFERSON AVENUE FOR EXTERIOR <br />ALTERATIONS. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Historic Preservation <br />Commission (HPC) an application requesting an alteration certificate for a historic residential <br />structure located on 501 Jefferson Avenue, on property legally described as Lots 15-17, <br />Block 3, Acme Place, Town of Louisville, City of Louisville, State of Colorado; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the HPC have reviewed the application and found it to <br />be in compliance with Chapter 15.36 of the Louisville Municipal Code, including Section <br />15.36.120, establishing criteria for alteration certificates; and <br />WHEREAS, the HPC has held a properly noticed public hearing on the proposed <br />alteration certificate on September 20, 2021, where evidence and testimony were entered into <br />the record, including findings in the Louisville Historic Preservation Commission Staff Report <br />dated September 20, 2021. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Does hereby recommend approval of the application for an alteration certificate for the <br />Leslie House as described in the staff report dated September 20, 2021: <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September 2021. <br />Lynda Haley, Chairperson <br />1 <br />
