Diehl asked staff to clarify the three additional <br />conditions. <br />1. Require LEED Silver certification to any buildings 10,000 square feet or more. <br />2. Any building type subject to the LEED requirements would have to meet LEED <br />Silver. <br />3. All HVAC systems for all building types would have to meet sustainability <br />requirements for electrification. <br />Brauneis seconded. Roll call vote.
