Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 24, 2021 <br />Page 10 of 10 <br />Diehl stated that the properties fronting 42 would affect viewshed and that this proposal <br />created a townhome canyon along that drive. <br />General commissioner and staff discussion on continuing the item. <br />Hoefner stated that they had gotten high -quality comments from the public and he <br />hoped by continuing they would receive more. <br />Brauneis stated that the Commission did not have enough people to do anything tonight <br />given the four -person attendance. <br />Diehl stated that he did not know that it was the case that people had not come because <br />they saw staff recommend denial. <br />Hoefner made a motion to continue consideration to August 12, 2021, and keep the <br />item open for additional public comments. Brauneis seconded. Motion passed <br />unanimously by roll call vote. <br />769 CTC Blvd PUD and plat: A request for approval of a PUD to allow an industrial <br />building and associated site improvements and a replat to consolidate two lots into one <br />(Resolution 11, Series 2021). CONTINUED FROM JUNE 10, 2021. <br />• Applicant: Andrew Graybar, Exeter Property Group <br />• Case Planner: Ellie Hassan, Planner II <br />Hoefner moved and Williams seconded a continuance to July 8, 2021. <br />COMMISSIONER COMMENTS <br />Hoefner stated that commissioners attending in August should watch tonight's recording <br />to be prepared for the Foundry continuance. He added that the live -work percentage <br />rigidity and the SRU requirement for housing was interesting and they may want to <br />consider them in the future. <br />ADJOURN <br />General move to adjourn.
