City«f <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 8t1, 2021 <br />Electronic Meeting <br />6:30 PM <br />Chair Brauneis called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Dietrich Hoefner, Vice Chair <br />Ben Diehl <br />Keaton Howe <br />Jeff Moline <br />Commission Members Absent: Debra Williams, Secretary <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Rob Zuccaro, Dir. of Planning & Building <br />Lisa Ritchie, Principal Planner <br />Ellie Hassan, Planner II <br />Kim Bauer, Historic Preservation Planner <br />Amelia Brackett Hogstad, Planning Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Hoefner moved and Howe seconded a motion to approve the July 8, 2021 agenda. <br />Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Diehl moved and Howe seconded a motion to approve the June 10, 2021 minutes. <br />Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Diehl moved and Hoefner seconded a motion to approve the June 24, 2021 minutes. <br />Motion passed unanimously by voice vote.
