Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 8, 2021 <br />Page 7 of 7 <br />Moline, Hoefner, Diehl, and Howe voiced their support for the proposal. <br />Brauneis stated that he had not heard any concerns from the applicant regarding the <br />condition and he was in favor of the proposal. <br />Diehl made a motion to approve Resolution 11, Series 2021. Hoefner seconded. Motion <br />passed unanimously by roll call vote. <br />COMMISSIONER COMMENTS <br />None. <br />STAFF COMMENTS <br />Zuccaro informed the Commission that a tie vote could not move forward to Council <br />according to the City Attorney. The options were to try to persuade each other and to <br />make conditions. <br />General agreement that the commissioners liked Chair Brauneis calling on people <br />during the commissioner comment period. <br />Ritchie shared that in -person meetings were on the July agenda for Council and that <br />staff had recommended continuing virtual meetings until September. She stated that the <br />Old Town Overlay update was moving forward with approval for a consultant and that <br />the Commission would be involved early on in that process. <br />Diehl asked if the Commission would be getting a new member. <br />Zuccaro replied that the Council had decided to wait until the normal appointment time <br />in January. <br />ITEMS TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FOR THE MEETING ON AUGUST 12, 2021 <br />• The Foundry GDP Amendment Continuance <br />• McDonald's PUD Amendment <br />ADJOURN <br />Howe moved and Brauneis seconded a motion to adjourn.
