IL: City <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 26th, 2021 <br />Electronic Meeting <br />6:30 PM <br />Vice Chair Hoefner called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br />Roll CaII was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: Dietrich Hoefner, Vice Chair <br />Ben Diehl <br />Keaton Howe <br />Jeff Moline <br />Commission Members Absent: Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Debra Williams, Secretary <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Rob Zuccaro, Dir. of Planning & Building <br />Lisa Ritchie, Principal Planner <br />Amelia Brackett Hogstad, Planning Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Diehl moved and Howe seconded a motion to approve the August 26, 2021 agenda. <br />Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Diehl moved and Howe seconded a motion to approve the August 12, 2021 minutes. <br />Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None. <br />CONTINUED BUSINESS — PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br />The Foundry GDP Amendment: A request for approval of the 7th Amendment to the <br />Takoda General Development Plan to allow up to 59 dwelling units and 15,000 sf of <br />commercial development (Resolution No. 10, Series 2021).
