If a neighborhood can coordinate with one <br />builder for multiple homes would lower the cost of plan review. <br />Did wooden fencing aid in the spread of fire. City Manager Durbin stated it is too <br />soon to tell. People may want to consider replacing with fire resistant materials <br />but it will be a policy question for if that is required or incentive. <br />Councilmember Brown noted that many people have ash or debris in their yards and <br />they need more information on what can be removed or how it can be removed and <br />they are look for more answers on that from the County. <br />Councilmember Leh stated people are anxious for information on air quality. <br />Adjourned 9:53 am. <br />Submitted 1124122 Meredyth Muth <br />
