Roll Call <br />Board Members Present: David Blankinship, Laura Scott Denton, Charles Danforth, <br />Jessamine Fitzpatrick, Peter Gowen, Helen Moshak, Thomas Neville <br />Board Members Absent: Anneliese Steel <br />Staff Members Present: Nathan Mosley, Ember Brignull, Steve Roels <br />City Council Member Present: Deb Fahey <br />3. Approval of Agenda <br />Charles asked whether there had been a previous plan to discuss social trails on this <br />agenda. Jessamine replied that she, Ember, and Nathan decided this topic needed <br />more time to prepare a discussion before it came to the board. Staff has reviewed and <br />provided feedback to Nathan regarding the work completed by the Tiger Team and <br />Nathan. <br />Peter moved to approve the agenda as written. Thomas seconded the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />4. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes <br />Peter moved to approve the Mayhoffer Management Plan joint meeting minutes as <br />submitted. Thomas seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Peter moved to approve the November OSAB meeting minutes as submitted. Thomas <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />5. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />Council member Deb Fahey announced that the Mayhoffer Management Plan had been <br />approved by City Council at their meeting last night. <br />6. Staff Updates <br />See updates on page 9-10 of the December 2021 OSAB Meeting packet. <br />A. Nathan publicly thanked Ember for all her work on the Mayhoffer Management <br />Plan, especially pointing out how well she had coordinated with the other <br />landowner partners, Boulder County Parks & Open Space and the City of <br />Lafayette. <br />B.
