Planning Commission has forwarded a recommendation to the <br />City Council to approve the Takoda GDP 7th Amendment with one condition; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Commission's recommendation; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing on the proposed Takoda GDP 71h <br />Amendment and has provided notice of the public hearing as provided by law, and <br />WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to C.R.S. §31-23-305; and <br />WHEREAS, the Takoda GDP, 7th Amendment is consistent with the City of Louisville 2013 <br />Citywide Comprehensive Plan and the South Boulder Road Small Area Plan and supports policies <br />related to provision of a mix of housing types and meeting needs for seniors. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO: <br />Section 9.
