If ordinance, needs "teeth." Also, zoning, new <br />buildings or old, residential versus commercial, and tax incentives. If program, <br />just present information to people who want to help, possible tax incentives. <br /> <br />Talk to City Council member or Open Space Board member? Make sure we are <br />trying to do the right thing. <br /> <br />Tell entire City Council in April. <br /> <br />Found out: <br /> <br />Megan- No existing city light ordinances. <br /> <br />Austin- City of Westcliffe in Colorado also attempted Dark City status. <br /> <br />To do: <br /> <br />Austin- Define business. Look at zoning.
