<br />II' <br /> <br /> <br />~DI <br /> <br />Resource Conservation <br /> <br />Advisory Board <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 11, 2008 <br /> <br />Call to Order - Chairperson Mark Perchetti called the meeting to order at 6:45 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Board Members Present: Mark Persichetti, Richard Smith, Jenny Braus, <br />Beth Armbruster, and Annie Hughes <br /> <br />Board Members Absent: Ryan Hughes. <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Dave Szabados, Facilities Maintenance, Dept. of <br />Public Works <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - The agenda was approved by all members. <br /> <br />Items not on the Agenda - Louisville Transition - creating and using resources <br />closer to home. <br /> <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes - The minutes from April 14, and October 13, <br />2008 meetings were approved as written. <br /> <br />Members of the Public - Katie Brown (Youth Advisory Board) and Doug <br />Grinbergs. <br /> <br />General Discussion Topics: <br /> <br />Dave Szabados <br /> <br />Staff report from Dave Szabados regarding the City's energy use. Via Xcel's <br />data, Dave has tracked the energy consumption for the nine City buildings that <br />use the most energy. These nine buildings use 98% of the energy used by the <br />City. He has audited each facility, looking at among other things, lighting, HVAC <br />and automation systems.
