<br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 18, 2009 <br />Page 7 of 9 <br /> <br />Whiteman stated he was conflicted on 841 Lincoln Avenue, especially since the <br />front porch had been enclosed. <br /> <br />Whiteman asked for a vote on sensitive residential addition. The Commission <br />voted fro 841 Lincoln Avenue (passed 5 to 0, Stewart recused due to previous <br />involvement with the project). <br /> <br />The Commission also unanimously (6 to 0) voted for OLl as the winner of the <br />Preservation/Restoration category for a commercial building. <br /> <br />Whiteman than asked for a vote on the choice for Preservation/Restoration in the <br />residential category. <br /> <br />Muth recommended that the Commission add 70 I, <br />Garfield into this category. A verbal vote was cast and the Commission unanimously <br />approved the Empire Sign (6 to 0). <br />
