Posted in City Hall, Public Library, <br />Recreation Center and the Police and Courts Building and mailed to surrounding <br />property owners on August 21, 2008. <br /> <br />NOTE: Jeff Lipton arrived. <br /> <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />McCartney stated the request is a replat of Block 10, of the North End Subdivision, to <br />allow a relocation of the existing utility and access easement to match the proposed <br />building layout. <br /> <br />He continued by stating that Block 10 was originally platted with the original plan in July <br />2006 and is planned as multi-family residential. <br /> <br />Staff noted a memo from the Public Works Department dated August 12, 2008 stating <br />there are some elements that need to be addressed prior to the City Council review. <br />The elements included: drainage, utility line locations (sewer, water) <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 16, Series 2008 with one condition to <br />address the concerns of the Public Works Department. <br /> <br />Commission Questions: <br />Sheets asked if the applicant was aware of the condition. <br /> <br />McCartney stated they were. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br />Michael Markel, 5723 Arapahoe, Suite 2B, Boulder, CO confirmed his knowledge of the <br />conditions and also stated that the concerns have been addressed and corrected with <br />Public Works. <br /> <br />Members of the Public: <br />
