The <br />following persons were present - <br /> <br />City Council Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-Tem Sheri Marsella <br />Hank Dalton <br />Ron Sackett <br />Bob Muckle <br />Frost Yarnell <br /> <br />City Council Absent: <br /> <br />Dave Clabots <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br />Bonnie Star, Economic Development Director <br />Rhonda Welborn, Executive Assistant <br />Mike Jones, Building Official <br />Lynn Tennant, Building Safety <br />Beth Allen, Building Safety <br /> <br />Update/Discussion Louisville HousinQ Authoritv <br /> <br />Frank Alexander, Executive Director of Boulder County Housing Authority and <br />Terri Abbot, Vice Chair presented an overview of the accomplishments, goals, <br />and work plans. Alexander emphasized an overall concern of available <br />affordable low income housing in Louisville.
