Call to Order <br />Jessamine called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm. <br />2. Roll Call <br />Board Members Present: David Blankinship, Laura Scott Denton, Charles Danforth, Jessamine <br />Fitzpatrick, Peter Gowen, Helen Moshak, Thomas Neville, Susan McEachern <br />Board Members Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull <br />City Council Member Present: Deb Fahey <br />3. Approval of Agenda <br />Peter moved to approve the agenda as written. Thomas seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />4. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes <br />Peter wanted to add the date of the Mayhoffer Management plan meeting (October 21, 2021) <br />to paragraph four of the December minutes. <br />Peter moved to approve the December OSAB meeting minutes with this addition. David <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Susan abstained. <br />The January OSAB meeting was canceled due to the Marshall Fire, so the official meeting <br />minutes are an announcement to that effect. Peter moved to approve the January OSAB <br />meeting minutes as submitted. Thomas seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Susan abstained. <br />5. Staff Updates <br />See updates on pages 13-14 of the February 2022 OSAB Meeting packet. <br />Ember reported that staff had hired a candidate for the Open Space administrative assistant <br />position to start in March. In addition, staff is meeting with a consultant to find candidates for <br />the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Director position, a position Ember and Kathy are filling <br />temporarily. A ranger naturalist position has also recently become vacant, as Conor was recently <br />offered a commissioned position. The seasonal summer positions will be announced this week. <br />6.
