Was fairly
skeptical that they can acommplish what we
are trying to accomplish. Is there felxi-
bility in these densities?

John Alshuler

Replied there was, but couldn't tell him
that he was going to lower them from 12 to 5.
Felt there was a definitional problem on
some of the densities and would like to take
this up at the study session. Was his opinion
that they could accomplish something that
would be satisfactory to all concerned and
in conjunction with the design guidelines.
Stated that he would like to come at it at
both ends because he felt the design guide-
lines were certainly needed on some of the
parcels on the mesa.

Study Sessions

Mayor Meier reminded councilmembers of the
two study sessions on November 10th and
November 22, 1983 on the Homart Plan.
