SABELL'S INC. CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER 411 TREE REMOVAL APPROVAL SIEGRIST COMPANIES - AWARD BID CHERRY ST. OVERLAY APPROVAL WESTERN EMPIRE CONSTRUCTORS Y ESTIMATE #3 - WASTEWATER .l: .wANT Councilwoman Morris APPROVAL WESTERN EMPIRE CONSTRUCTORS PAY ESTIMATE #4 - WASTEWATER PLANT APPROVAL 7/5/83 Page -4- Councilmembers had a copy of the request for Change Order #1 for transplanting trees to a different location and recommendation from Director Hioco for approval. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cussen seconded that Change Order #1 to Sabell's Inc. in the amount of $490.00 be approved. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Councilmembers had a copy of the bid tabu- lation and reco~~endation from Engineer II Ken Huson. Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that Siegrist Companies, the low bidder, be awarded the bid for the Cherry St. overlay in the amount of $80,410.00. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Councilmembers had a copy of the pay estimate and certification and recommendation from the Engineers that the pay estimate be approved. Wished to verify that the on-site screening fill material in the amount of $4,025.00 had already been approved by council. Administrator Wurl advised that it was. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings seconded that Pay Estimate #3 - Western Empire Constructors - Wastewater Plant in the amount of $126,907.00 be approved. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Councilmembers had a copy of the pay estimate and a recommendation from the Engineers that the estimate be approved. Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cussen seconded that Pay Estimate #4 - Western Empire Constructors on the Wastewater Plant be approved in the amount of $57,983.00. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.
