Laurel Court CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT ORDINANCE #789 - RICKMAN - MOSES ANNEXATION - PUBLIC HEARING 5/18/83 Page -4- Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cussen seconded that Change Order #2 for Western Empire Constructors, Inc. be approved. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Councilmembers had a copy of the sale agree- ment. Councilman Ferrera moved, Councilman Cummings seconded that the Mayor and Clerk be author- ized to sign the Sale Agreement of 1.2 shares of Marshall water from Joseph T. Shubert in the amount of $7,800.00. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Councilmembers had a copy of the sale agree- ment. Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cussen seconded that the Mayor and Clerk be author- ized to sign the Sale Agreement with Paul Kane for 29.95 shares of Dry Creek Davidson water in the amount of $75,000.00. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Stated as a member of the Louisville Volun- teer Fire Department, this Sunday, May 22nd from 1:00 - 5:00 P.M. an open house is being held to display all the recently acquired equip- ment. In addition St. Anthony's Flight For Life Helicopter films will be shown at the Louisville Middle School, and Police Dept. personnel will have Crime Prevention material available as well as their most recently ac- quired patrol cars. Invited Mayor and Coun- cilmembers and all Louisville citizens to attend. Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only on second reading and public hearing, and certified proper publication. Mayor pro-tem Fauson opened the public hearing. Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper publi- cation of the public hearing notices.
