All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that the 1983 Budget be amended to <br />read $259,316.05 expenditures in the Parks <br />Assessment Fund. Question called for. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl advised they met with <br />the Boulder County people relative to their <br />participation financially in the repairs <br />to Delaney Road. In the interim one of <br />the County Comm.issioners resigned and the <br />County people 'W'ill await his predecessor <br />before they can proceed. This formality <br />should take place next week, and their in- <br />dication is that the money is in their budget <br />and their recommendation is to proceed. <br /> <br />Commented that he received a complaint - <br />since the last snowstorm when the new section <br />of street was plowed on Delaney Road, people <br />are now using both sections; consequently <br />some people are going both ways on the old <br />section and some people are going both ways <br />on the new section and this could result in <br />a bad accident. He suggested that cement <br />barrels or some type equipment be placed <br />there indicating "Keep Right" or "Keep Left" <br />as soon as possible. <br />Wurl to check into it. <br /> <br />Director of Community Development Rupp advised <br />the joint access has been turned over to <br />someone else at the Public Service Co. who <br />is presently reviewing the plans. He spoke <br />with Ken Taniguchi, Architect with Neodata <br />and he is still awaiting a letter from Public <br />Service. Rupp stated that he spoke with Don <br />Shallock, Architect with the LDS Church who <br />stated he too was awaiting the letter from <br />Public Service. It was Rupp's understanding <br />that the contents of the Public Service Co. <br />letter would contain what the requirements <br />would be relative to the access. <br /> <br />Commented relative to Public Service it was <br />his understanding that the access was some- <br />thing that was kept as a contingency and the <br />parking was not an issue. <br />Director Rupp concurred, and stated that the <br />LDS Church did not favor shared parking because <br />
