1/18/83 Page -21- Mayor Meier Inquired if there was a possibility of acquiring a portion of the property rather than the entire parcel. Wurl advised in the proposed expansion and improvements to the Louisville Reservoir, a recommendation would be made at the Feb. 9th study session not only the acquisition of this property but also the acquisition of others. Bob Grube, Boulder County Was present in the audience and stated the proposal could be extended. Discussion to be held at the February 15, 1983 Council meeting after the study session. Director Rupp reported the signature still had not been obtained on the replat. The Municipal Code had been reviewed and this would not be required to go back to the Planning Commission. However when it is brought before council, all the property owners will be advised if they wish to attend. CENTENNIAL VALLEY REPLAT PONDEROSA PLAT Director Rupp advised a discussion was held with staff on this item and they felt some of the items discussed should be taken back to the Planning Commission and several members of the Planning Commission concurred. How- ever Mr. Vic Caranci was expecting this item to be heard by council this evening as he felt that the changes in the PUD and plat were not such that would have to go back to the Planning Commission. Was present and wished to be heard by council. Vic Caranci, Developer Estes Park Stated the revisions to the plan were sub- mitted December 24, 1983 and did not entail any major revisions. He quoted from the December 7, 1982 council minutes - if the revisions weren't of a major nature it would not have to go back to the Planning Com- mission. Mayor Meier Requested that Director Rupp report on some of the changes that have or have not occured; problems that are still forseen, then if Council feels it warrants going back to the Planning Commission then it would.
