Public Relations Manager Muth pointed out the <br />Web Site quick links. <br /> <br />Councilor Muckle voiced his appreciation for the search engine on each page. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy Avenue, Louisville, CO congratulated the City on the <br />new Web Site. He asked if all the documents on the old Web Site will be made <br />available. Public Relations Manager Muth stated documents dating back from <br />2006 are currently available. The intent is to keep five years of Council packets <br />and minutes on the Web Site, so as not to overload the server. She noted all City <br />Council packets and minutes are available through the City Clerk's office. <br /> <br />City Manager Fleming commended Public Relations Manager Muth for the long <br />hours she dedicated to the new Web Site. Public Relations Manager Muth <br />recognized IT Manager Chris Browning for his work on the project. <br /> <br />Don Atwood, 298 S. Taft, Louisville, CO voiced his appreciation for the Web <br />Site's capability to search PDF documents. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 11, SERIES 2009 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF SUPERIOR <br />REGARDING FUNDING AND PLANNING FOR LIBRARY SERVICES <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. <br /> <br />City Manager Fleming explained Resolution No. 11, Series 2009 concerns the <br />proposed IGA with the Town of Superior for library services. The IGA is <br />consistent with the Framework Plan approved by Council on February 3 and the <br />Superior Town Board on January 26. The agreement covers contributions from <br />Superior to Louisville for the operating costs of the library facilities and service <br />and the actions the Town of Superior will take to maintain long-term access to <br />library services for residents of Superior.
