RESOLUTION NO. 9 <br />SERIES 1990 <br />A Resolution approving Centennial 7 Replat <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning <br />Commission an application for teplat by McStain Enterprises, <br />represented by Thomas R. Hoyt, President. The proposal is to <br />replat Centennial 7 Lots 1-37, outlots A and B. Applicant is <br />also recommending an amendment to the final development plan to <br />revise setbacks and upgrade ROW fencing and landscaping along <br />Washington Avenue. <br />WHEREAS, said application has been reviewed by City Staff, and <br />the Planning Commission and it has been determined to be in <br />compliance with general and specific criteria of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code, Zoning Ordinance and related policies; and <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning <br />said application, the Planning Commission has determined that <br />said petition and application are acceptable; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />does hereby approve the Replat of Centennial 7 and recommends <br />the same to City Council. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of March, 1990. <br />Chairman <br />Louisville Planning Commission <br />ATTEST: <br />Secretary <br />Louisville Planning Commission <br />
