CONTINUED :TING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 22, 1982 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in a continued session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Norbert Meier called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. M.S.T. There being present the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, Dennis Ferrera and Herman Fauson ABSENT: Don Cummings, Councilman ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney John Rupp, Director of Community Development Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk Mayor Meier Continued the meeting by asking for Council comments. COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilman Leary Commented when Mr. Caranci . was at one of the Council meetings regarding the Ponderosa development the issue was brought up that our building rate and the limitations stated in the Harper Lake study stated terms of when the City would run out of storage capacity. The assumption is this will happen in 1984 with a 6% growth rate and it appeared to him that building permits are being issued at probably 10% - 12% growth rate. Perhaps the study is incorrect in this respect, but felt a problem could exist and should be re- viewed soon. Councilwoman Morris Meeting with Lafayette Wished to know when the meeting with the Lafayette City Council was. Joint Access and Shared Parking with Neoclata Commented since it was almost apparent that the Neodata project would be constructed, the Morman Church is under construction, and Public Service had approved their easement; she wished an up-date on the joint access and shared parking of these three projects. Director Rupp advised he was unaware when the joint meeting with Lafayette would be. However, stated that the discussions he had with the Director of Planning of Lafayette about joint meetings have been put on hold; they haven't been willing to get together with us.
