<br />Director of Public Safety <br />Leesman <br /> <br />Councilman Leary <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />JRTINO'S PIZZA AND SUBS <br />LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />APPROVAL CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />COAL CREEK JUNCTION - LIQUOR <br />LICENSE RENEWAL <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT - RE <br />APPOINTMENT LEE BRIDGEWATER <br /> <br />12/7/82 <br /> <br />Page -3- <br /> <br />wish to consider either suspending or taking <br />any action with respect to a liquor license, <br />they should have a notice of public hearing <br />and an opportunity given the holder of the <br />liquor license to present his case. <br /> <br />Advised that the parties involved in this <br />particular case were adjudicated in Municipal <br />Court. <br /> <br />Inquired what action was takn in Court. <br />Leesman reported either Deferred Prosecution <br />or Deferred Sentencing, for a certain length <br />of time if there were no further violations, <br />and there weren't any at the present time. <br />Leary requested since there has been one <br />violation, council be notified of another <br />violation as it was serious. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that the Louisville Liquor Mart <br />liquor license be renewed. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised as well as <br />renewal of the liquor license, there was a <br />request for change of ownership to a corporation. <br />After the change of ownership has been approved, <br />then council should deal with the renewal. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cussen <br />seconded that the change of ownership from <br />James Donahue to E1co's Pizza and Subs be <br />approved. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that E1co's Pizza and Subs liquor <br />license be renewed. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilman Ferrera moved, Councilman Cussen <br />seconded that Coal Creek Junction liquor <br />license be renewed. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Administrator Wur1 commented at the last <br />meeting we had a new appointment and council <br />wished this be advertised, and inquired <br />council's desire on re-appointments. <br />
