<br />10/19/82 <br /> <br />Page -13- <br /> <br />Councilman Leary <br /> <br />Inquired - in the comp plan, what kind of <br />policies or criteria do we have of what our <br />high density needs are presently? <br />Rupp advised both the uses - the office use <br />and the high density are needs that the com- <br />munity have identified as being desirable. <br />It was his understanding that the medical <br />group had a very definite need to locate <br />at this location, as a group and want to <br />expand the specialities for the City of Louis- <br />ville with a wider range of professional medi- <br />cal doctors to provide service to the community. <br /> <br />Rupp advised that high density areas are <br />also proposed in the Centennial Valley overall <br />master plan. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary <br /> <br />Inquired if Council would be allowed to review <br />the South Boulder Road access again. <br />Rupp advised that the developer is aware this <br />will be addressed again. <br /> <br />Question called for on the motion. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />KOSHIER BURRITO REPORT <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised complaints had <br />been voiced regarding the entertainment, and <br />whether that had altered the use requirement. <br />Mayor and Council had been provided with a <br />copy of the letter sent to the owners of the <br />Koshier Burrito stating that the issue was <br />being reviewed with their non-conforming use. <br />Rautenstraus and other members of staff had a <br />meeting with the owners, who stated they would <br />reply in writing, and appear before council <br />at any time they were requested to do so to <br />discuss the matter further. The issue is <br />if the entertainment which they do provide <br />is only an accessory to the restaurant use; <br />if it becomes more than an accessory to the <br />restaurant this would be an extention of the <br />non-conforming use and would not be allowed.. <br />This is the information that is requested <br />from the owners and a further review of staff <br />of the complaints. <br /> <br />Councilman Ferrera <br /> <br />Inquired if they have music when food is being <br />served. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised this <br />we wish clarified from the owners. <br />feeling that they did not have the <br />trauant menu for the entire period <br />they have the music. <br /> <br />is an issue <br />It was his <br />entire res- <br />of time that <br />
