<br />Councilman Leary <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Grube <br />Boulder County Land Officer <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris <br /> <br />ADOPTION <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #773 - BOULDER <br />COUNTY ZONING <br /> <br />9/21/82 <br /> <br />Page -3- <br /> <br />Inquired if the County was proceeding under <br />the assumption that if the Tri-City offices <br />were located in an existing building, the <br />waiver of the fees would carry in the trade. <br />Rupp advised this aspect had not been addressed <br />in the annexation agreement. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised the County would <br />have to come before Council at that time, be- <br />cause a trade would be a change of ownership. <br /> <br />Commented he did not have anything to add <br />to Director Rupp's presentation with the <br />exception that should the County consider <br />a trade, Council still consider waiver of <br />the annexation fees. <br /> <br />Mayor MeiE~r continued the public hearing. <br />Anyone in opposition - None. Anyone in <br />favor of the ordinance - none. Council <br />comments. <br /> <br />Commented that she did not have the exhibits <br />that were mentioned in the annexation agree- <br />ment. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised Exhibit C <br />did not exist because there is no development <br />planned at this time and Exhibit B would be <br />the zoning map. <br />Mayor Meier closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded that Ordinance 11772 - Boulder County <br />Annexation be adopted. Roll call vote. <br />Fauson Yes <br />Ferrera Yes <br />Cummings Yes <br />Morris Yes <br />Cussen Yes <br />Meier Yes <br />Leary Yes <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance by <br />title only on second reading - public hearing <br />and certified proper publication. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier opened the public hearing on <br />Ordinance #773 and Attorney Rautenstraus <br />advised that notices of the public hearing <br />were published in the Louisville Times on <br />September 1 and September 8, 1982. <br />
