Councilman Leary Mr. Robert Grube Boulder County Land Officer Councilwoman Morris ADOPTION ORDINANCE #773 - BOULDER COUNTY ZONING 9/21/82 Page -3- Inquired if the County was proceeding under the assumption that if the Tri-City offices were located in an existing building, the waiver of the fees would carry in the trade. Rupp advised this aspect had not been addressed in the annexation agreement. Attorney Rautenstraus advised the County would have to come before Council at that time, be- cause a trade would be a change of ownership. Commented he did not have anything to add to Director Rupp's presentation with the exception that should the County consider a trade, Council still consider waiver of the annexation fees. Mayor MeiE~r continued the public hearing. Anyone in opposition - None. Anyone in favor of the ordinance - none. Council comments. Commented that she did not have the exhibits that were mentioned in the annexation agree- ment. Attorney Rautenstraus advised Exhibit C did not exist because there is no development planned at this time and Exhibit B would be the zoning map. Mayor Meier closed the public hearing. Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that Ordinance 11772 - Boulder County Annexation be adopted. Roll call vote. Fauson Yes Ferrera Yes Cummings Yes Morris Yes Cussen Yes Meier Yes Leary Yes Motion carried unanimously. Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance by title only on second reading - public hearing and certified proper publication. Mayor Meier opened the public hearing on Ordinance #773 and Attorney Rautenstraus advised that notices of the public hearing were published in the Louisville Times on September 1 and September 8, 1982.
