Then the pipe was installed and the gravel road base installed. At that time September 1, 1982 was the time schedule for the improvements. Expressed his concern that Jefferson St. would not be improved in a more timely fashion. Inquired if there would be any improvements made on the south side of Hutchinson between Jefferson and Grant Sts. Rupp advised there would be landscaping and open space and ditch improvements made. Fauson commented that he wasn't entirely satisfied with the amendment, but felt that Council should be flexible with the developer and the assurance that the improvements would be completed by September 1, 1983. Councilman Ferrera Councilman Leary Commented on the landscape improvements on the northern border - would they either be done when the 22nd unit is completed or by September 1st, 1983, correct? Director Rupp advised that was correct. Asked Mr. Hartman to please reconstruct the sidewalk, even in a temporary manner, on Hutchinson and Jefferson so that the resident there would not be inconvenienced. Mayor Meier APPROVAL Councilman Leary moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that the amendment to the Cedarwood Subdivision Agreement be approved. PROPOSED ORDINANCE VIDEO GAMES - DISCUSSION Each councilmember had a copy of a memo for discussion regarding regulation of commercial amusements, and requesting Council's direction as to whether they wish to pursue this.
