<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />AUGUST 17, 1982 <br /> <br />Lhe City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Norbert Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:34 P.M. M.D.S.T. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />Chief Accountant Caranci <br /> <br />Josie Heath, Boulder County Commissioner <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris requested the minutes <br />be corrected to read that Mr. Earl Martin, <br />representative of the Homart Development Co., <br />stated that the reclamation of the CVM site <br />would begin in approximately 30 days. Also, <br />regarding the Nuclear War Education Committee <br />wished "with Boulder County contributing <br />the bulk of the cost" deleted as it was in- <br />accurate. Council then approved the minutes <br />of the regular meeting of August 3, 1982 <br />as corrected. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of <br />business. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Ordinance #772 - Boulder County Annexation <br />Ordinance #773 - Boulder County Zoning <br /> <br />Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and <br />Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper posting <br />at the location and the application was in <br />order. Mayor Meier asked if there was anyone <br />present in favor of the application - None. <br />Opposed to the application - None. <br />Council comments - None. <br />Mayor Meier closed the public hearing. <br />
