Seconded by Cussens. Morris <br />would like to see a specific PUD for Office <br />criteria zoning and have it not grouped together <br />with commercial zoning. Question called for. <br />Roll call vote: Meier no, Ferrera no, Fauson no, <br />Leary yes, Cussen yes, Morris yes. 3-3 vote. <br />Motion defeated. Motion made by Susan Morris: <br />Section 17.04.070 300' limit notice. Change <br />3001 limit excluding property not annexed to the <br />city to 500' for major subdivision or PUDS, and <br />keep the 3001 limit for the minor subdivisions <br />excluding the property not annexed to the city. <br />Seconded by Leary. Discussion: define minor and <br />major subdivisions. A minor is defined with the <br />new amendments; 4 units or less is a minor. <br /> <br />After lengthy discussion, this portion of the motion <br />was withdrawn with the condition that staff <br />clarifies these areas, so that the thresholds be <br />more specific. <br /> <br />Morris, no motion, however, on the term "time to <br />time" Page 7, Sec. 17.28.220...would like to see <br />a more specific time. <br /> <br />Rupp said the Planning Commission does not regu- <br />larly call up for a review of the PUD1s. It is <br />for review but not for any specific time. Planning <br />Commission can call up a particular PUD for review <br />if they so desire. <br /> <br />Motion by Leary that Ordinance #769 be put out <br />for Publication. Seconded by Ferrera. Roll call <br />vote: Meier yes, Leary yes, Cuss en yes, Ferrera <br />yes, Fa uson yes, Morri s yes. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Rautenstraus read Ordinance #770 by title only. <br />This is first reading. Motion by Leary that <br />Ordinance #770 be put out for publication. <br />Seconded by,Ferrera. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Rautenstraus read Resolution #26, Series 1982, <br />in its entirety. <br /> <br />Before opening the pUblic hearing, the Mayor <br />asked if the withdrawal of the shopping center <br />would change this? Rupp stated it could; there <br />are projections in forecasting that the develop- <br />ment of the mall would have an effect on. <br />Discussion by members. Motion by Meier to post- <br />pone the Comp Plan Update public hearing and staff <br />to change the format of the Comp Plan. Seconded <br />by.fauson. Leary added to the motion that <br />the Land Use segment be added to the update. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
