Seconded by Cussens. Morris would like to see a specific PUD for Office criteria zoning and have it not grouped together with commercial zoning. Question called for. Roll call vote: Meier no, Ferrera no, Fauson no, Leary yes, Cussen yes, Morris yes. 3-3 vote. Motion defeated. Motion made by Susan Morris: Section 17.04.070 300' limit notice. Change 3001 limit excluding property not annexed to the city to 500' for major subdivision or PUDS, and keep the 3001 limit for the minor subdivisions excluding the property not annexed to the city. Seconded by Leary. Discussion: define minor and major subdivisions. A minor is defined with the new amendments; 4 units or less is a minor. After lengthy discussion, this portion of the motion was withdrawn with the condition that staff clarifies these areas, so that the thresholds be more specific. Morris, no motion, however, on the term "time to time" Page 7, Sec. 17.28.220...would like to see a more specific time. Rupp said the Planning Commission does not regu- larly call up for a review of the PUD1s. It is for review but not for any specific time. Planning Commission can call up a particular PUD for review if they so desire. Motion by Leary that Ordinance #769 be put out for Publication. Seconded by Ferrera. Roll call vote: Meier yes, Leary yes, Cuss en yes, Ferrera yes, Fa uson yes, Morri s yes. Motion carried unanimously. Rautenstraus read Ordinance #770 by title only. This is first reading. Motion by Leary that Ordinance #770 be put out for publication. Seconded by,Ferrera. All in favor. Motion carried. Rautenstraus read Resolution #26, Series 1982, in its entirety. Before opening the pUblic hearing, the Mayor asked if the withdrawal of the shopping center would change this? Rupp stated it could; there are projections in forecasting that the develop- ment of the mall would have an effect on. Discussion by members. Motion by Meier to post- pone the Comp Plan Update public hearing and staff to change the format of the Comp Plan. Seconded by.fauson. Leary added to the motion that the Land Use segment be added to the update. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.
