City Council Minutes RESOLUTION #27 EMERGENCY PREPARDNESS CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEMS, PLAN APPROVAL. MARION CL YNCKE August 3, 1982 Page 11 Rautenstraus read Resolution #27 in its entirety! Motion by Cussen and seconded by Ferrera to approve Resolution #27, Series 1982. Discussion. Amend the motion to read that City Administrator appoint the Director for the Emergency Prepardness. Amendment second by Cussen. Question called for. All in favor, for both the original motion and the amendment. Motion by Fauson and seconded ~ ,Morris that the City Attorney's Report be accepted and placed on file. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Wurl explained the FAUS with Blanchard glvlng more details. This is Louisville's eligibility for funding and providing maps for an urban boundary and street system in conjunction wi th Lafayette and Boulder Count,y. All maps must have approval of Coutny Commissioners as well as City Council before the State will approve. Motion by Meier and seconded by Leary to approve the FAUS plan. All in favor. Motion carried. At the last meeting, we were waiting for the Discharge Permit, which has since been received. We responded to that by a letter which was dis- tributed to you tonight, and have heard nothing to date. This is for stream re-classification. All pertitent materi'al will be given to you when it arrives, and we have our facts and figures to- gether. Rupp told the members he has talked to the Lafay- ette City Planner, but nothing definite has been accomplished. The sample copy of the agreement has been sent to Lafayette. Wurl said he had seen the Lafayette City Manager and he indicated he is attempting to set up a meeting the 3rd week of August. He will call and let us know the specific date. Purchase of 1/2 share of Davidson Ditch water. Staff recommends council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the sales agreement. Motion by Cussen and seconded by Ferrera, the autorization for the Mayor and Clerk to sign the sales agree- ment. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.
