MARION <br />CL YNCKE <br /> <br />August 3, 1982 <br /> <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />Rautenstraus read Resolution #27 in its entirety! <br /> <br />Motion by Cussen and seconded by Ferrera to <br />approve Resolution #27, Series 1982. Discussion. <br />Amend the motion to read that City Administrator <br />appoint the Director for the Emergency Prepardness. <br />Amendment second by Cussen. Question called for. <br />All in favor, for both the original motion and <br />the amendment. <br /> <br />Motion by Fauson and seconded ~ ,Morris that the <br />City Attorney's Report be accepted and placed <br />on file. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Wurl explained the FAUS with Blanchard glvlng more <br />details. This is Louisville's eligibility for <br />funding and providing maps for an urban boundary <br />and street system in conjunction wi th Lafayette <br />and Boulder Count,y. All maps must have approval <br />of Coutny Commissioners as well as City Council <br />before the State will approve. <br />Motion by Meier and seconded by Leary to approve <br />the FAUS plan. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />At the last meeting, we were waiting for the <br />Discharge Permit, which has since been received. <br />We responded to that by a letter which was dis- <br />tributed to you tonight, and have heard nothing <br />to date. This is for stream re-classification. <br />All pertitent materi'al will be given to you when it <br />arrives, and we have our facts and figures to- <br />gether. <br /> <br />Rupp told the members he has talked to the Lafay- <br />ette City Planner, but nothing definite has been <br />accomplished. The sample copy of the agreement <br />has been sent to Lafayette. <br /> <br />Wurl said he had seen the Lafayette City Manager <br />and he indicated he is attempting to set up a <br />meeting the 3rd week of August. He will call <br />and let us know the specific date. <br /> <br />Purchase of 1/2 share of Davidson Ditch water. <br />Staff recommends council authorize the Mayor and <br />Clerk to sign the sales agreement. Motion by <br />Cussen and seconded by Ferrera, the autorization <br />for the Mayor and Clerk to sign the sales agree- <br />ment. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
