REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JULY 20, 1982 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main St., Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:34 P.M. M.D.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: ABSENT: ALSO PRESENT: ABSENT: .ouncilman Leary Adjourn meeting of July 6, 1982 APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES ITEMS ENCLOSED COUNCIL ITEMS LOUISVILLE LIQUOR MART MODIFICATION OF PREMISES APPROVAL r John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, Dennis Ferrera, and Herman Fauson Councilman Don Cummings Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Lanterman, Planner August Hioco, Director of Community Services David Blanchard, City Engineer Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk John Rupp, Director of Community Development Stated Council did not adjourn the last meeting. Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that the meeting of July 6, 1982 be adjourned. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Mayor and Councilmembers approved the min- utes of the regular meeting of July 6, 1982 as presented. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that: the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the application was in order and the request is to modify the exiting premises relative to the liquor license, which needs Council's approval. Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that Council approve the modifi- cation of the Louisville Liquor Mart premises. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.
