<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JULY 20, 1982 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main St., Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called <br />the meeting to order at 7:34 P.M. M.D.S.T. Question called for. All <br />in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor and Councilmembers approved the min- <br />utes of the regular meeting of July 6, 1982 <br />as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that: the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of <br />business. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br />application was in order and the request <br />is to modify the exiting premises relative <br />to the liquor license, which needs Council's <br />approval. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded that Council approve the modifi- <br />cation of the Louisville Liquor Mart premises. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />
