It is an agreement <br />whereby if annexations are to be considered <br />by anyone of the cities that the other <br />city would have the opportunity to review <br />and comment before the annexation takes <br />place, etc. They did take a look at the <br />model agreement between the City of Boulder <br />and Boulder County that speaks to many of <br />our concerns. Rupp stated that he had <br />the opportunity to speak with the Planner <br />of Boulder Cow~ty and since it does involve <br />County land, the City of Louisville would <br />certainly like to draw Boulder County into <br />the process because they are very much a <br />part of it. We want the cities to be generally <br />agreeable before we approach Boulder County. <br /> <br />Wished to meet with Rupp and go over the <br />Agreement with him. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier <br /> <br />Requested Councilmembers be given a draft <br />of the agreement for their review and comment. <br /> <br />dical Center <br /> <br />Administrator 1iJurl commented that he has <br />had difficulty getting everyone involved to- <br />gether for a meeting. The people from Laf- <br />ayette are those that won't commit to a given <br />night. The hospital people stated they would <br />be available any time. <br /> <br />Councilman Leary <br /> <br />Inquired about the audit, itself - is it <br />available to councilmembers? <br />Wurl advised he wished to include a memo <br />and hopefully 1Nould have it by the end of <br />the week. <br /> <br />Greenhorne Q'Mara Bill <br /> <br />Wurl commented the Rock Creek Farm study <br />was $187.15 of the total bill, and the re- <br />maining balancle dealt with water rights. <br />It was his opinion that the Consultants <br />were looking into the possibility of reuse <br />in terms of the Rock Creek Farm. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen <br /> <br />Commented therle is still some confusion <br />about the article that appeared in the Louis- <br />ville Times about the public hearing on the <br />Comp Plan - that is for retraction, it stated <br />nhe public hearing was July 6, 1982; this <br />was incorrect it had been rescheduled for <br />August 3, 1982. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus confirmed that the <br />public hearing notice had appeared in the <br />
