Councilman Cuwnings moved, Councilman Fauson seconded Ordinance #766 - Judge's Salary be adopted. Roll call vote: Cussen Yes Morris Yes Cummings Yes Leary Yes Ferrera Yes Fauson Yes Meier Yes Motion carried unanimously. Each counci1member had a copy of the ord- inance before them. Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance by title only and the request was for Council's authorization to publish it. Councilman Leary moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded Ordinance #767 - Video Games be delayed until more information is received. Wished to review what other cities have done, the problems they have encountered with this type or ordinance; questioned some of the itlems in the ordinance. Stated he would like to know how lucrative a busi- ness video games are perhaps $25.00 was not a sufficient fee or perhaps it was too much. Commented he read in the paper that Lakewood had passed a fairly strict simi1iar ordinance, had portions of it overthrown in the Court, so he felt that other things in addition to a certain distance from a school, a church, park, L e. if they are a certain size should they be required to have supervision on the site. Concurred with Councilman Leary's comments, but felt the ordinance as presented should be incorporated in the revised one. Concurred with Councilmen Leary and Fauson that more information should be obtained; also would request a public hearing be held to obtain citizens' reactions. Was curious how the $25.00 fee was determined; and in.- quired why "a listing of any prior criminal convictionsqof the applicant was placed in the ordinance. Commented that if the estab-
