Councilman Cussen APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION #10 RESOLUTION #11, SERIES 1982 ;PEN GREENS AMENDMENT J. .U.D. AND PLAT CHUCK BELLOCK, DEVELOPER OF ASPEN GREENS 2/16/82 Page -4- Discussion by council and Mr. Graham regard- ing noise, odor, painting of dumpster, clean- liness of the are~,maintenance of the machines, etc. Expressed his concern with the cleanliness, maintenance, etc. of the operation and stated he would only support the resolution if this was done on a trial basis. If all require- ments were not met at the end of that time he suggested Council make another assestment of the operation. Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that Resolution #10 - Village Square Shopping Centl:r - P. U . D. Amendment, Golden Recycle be approved. Roll call vote: YES: Leary, Cussen, Morris, Fauson NO: Meier, Ferrera, Cummings Motion carried 4-3. Attorney RautE:nstraus read the resolution in its entirety. Mayor Meier requested Director Rupp to make the presentation on Aspen Greens. Rupp reported the property is located on the northwest corner of Garfield and South Boulder Road, consists of 4.9 acres and in compliance with the comp plan is zoned Residential High Density. The project will consist of 64 townhouses and 13,000 sq. ft. of Office/Medical space. In the long range plan the city "Vlill place a median on South Boulder Road. At the Planning Commission meeting the Fire Department expressed some concern regarding the fire hydrants and trash containers. Rupp reported Chuck Bellock, the developer, had agreed to add another fire hydrant on the project to comply with the Fire Department's request of 300' of the buildings for each fire hydrant. Mr. Bellock advised council a year ago when he was before council the request was for 64 units, a request also was made at that time for a variance on the set-back requirements primarily on Regal Street,
