AND PLAT <br /> <br />CHUCK BELLOCK, DEVELOPER OF <br />ASPEN GREENS <br /> <br />2/16/82 <br /> <br />Page -4- <br /> <br />Discussion by council and Mr. Graham regard- <br />ing noise, odor, painting of dumpster, clean- <br />liness of the are~,maintenance of the machines, <br />etc. <br /> <br />Expressed his concern with the cleanliness, <br />maintenance, etc. of the operation and stated <br />he would only support the resolution if this <br />was done on a trial basis. If all require- <br />ments were not met at the end of that time <br />he suggested Council make another assestment <br />of the operation. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded that Resolution #10 - Village Square <br />Shopping Centl:r - P. U . D. Amendment, Golden <br />Recycle be approved. Roll call vote: <br />YES: Leary, Cussen, Morris, Fauson <br />NO: Meier, Ferrera, Cummings <br />Motion carried 4-3. <br /> <br />Attorney RautE:nstraus read the resolution <br />in its entirety. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier requested Director Rupp to <br />make the presentation on Aspen Greens. <br />Rupp reported the property is located on <br />the northwest corner of Garfield and South <br />Boulder Road, consists of 4.9 acres and in <br />compliance with the comp plan is zoned <br />Residential High Density. The project will <br />consist of 64 townhouses and 13,000 sq. ft. <br />of Office/Medical space. In the long range <br />plan the city "Vlill place a median on South <br />Boulder Road. At the Planning Commission <br />meeting the Fire Department expressed some <br />concern regarding the fire hydrants and <br />trash containers. Rupp reported Chuck Bellock, <br />the developer, had agreed to add another fire <br />hydrant on the project to comply with the <br />Fire Department's request of 300' of the <br />buildings for each fire hydrant. <br /> <br />Mr. Bellock advised council a year ago <br />when he was before council the request was <br />for 64 units, a request also was made at <br />that time for a variance on the set-back <br />requirements primarily on Regal Street, <br />
